Separate and clean changing rooms and toilets must be available for boys and girls / men and women. Proper cleanliness arrangements in the gym are extremely necessary. Safety-related rules must be written/displayed in the gym. Fire safety equipment related to fire extinguishing must be installed in the gym. The operators must maintain daily attendance records in forms and registers of the people using the gym and visitors coming to the institution. Gym operators shall comply with the rules and suggestions issued by the committee constituted by the district administration. In the event of any accident or adverse situation occurring in the gym, the gym operator himself/herself shall be responsible, and the certificate may be cancelled. Application for renewal/registration of the certificate shall be mandatory every year in the month of February. If the application for renewal is not received, the certificate shall automatically be considered cancelled after the expiry of its validity date. It shall be the responsibility of the operator to ensure deployment of security personnel as long as players/users are present in the gym. If any discrepancy/error is found at the time of inspection, the certificate shall automatically be considered cancelled. The bank draft shall be issued in the name of the “District Sports and Promotion Committee.” Annual registration fee amounting to ₹15,000/- shall be mandatory to deposit.
