All bookings made through the Mahamya Stadium website are final once successfully confirmed. Fees paid for confirmed bookings are non-refundable, and cancellation requests for such bookings may not be entertained.

If a payment transaction fails but the amount is debited from your account, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method, subject to the timelines and procedures of the relevant bank, payment gateway, or payment service provider.

Mahamya Stadium shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or service providers. In the event of a failed transaction, users are not entitled to claim compensation for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the transaction.
